Rules/ Guidlines of the Park

-Owner reserves the right to change the rules without notice. 

Check-in 3 PM.

Check-out is 12 PM (noon).

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am daily. 

-Treat your neighbors, the park, and management/staff respectfully. 

-Do not tamper with cable or electrical boxes. 

-Notify management if there is a problem. 

-We reserve the right to refuse continued guest privileges to “offenders” of park rules. 

-By law, HOOK & LADDER RV Park is a service-oriented business. 

therefore we do not have a tenant/landlord relationship with any guests. 

-Guest expressly assumes all risk of such loss or damage and is responsible for carrying their own insurance.

-HOOK & LADDER RV Park is not responsible for loss or damage to your property, including RVs and vehicles, due to theft, vandalism, fire, accidents, or injuries occurring during your stay or any other casualty or act of God. 

VIOLATION OF THESE GUIDELINES:  

Grounds for ejection from the resort without refund.

• Site Appearance: Vehicles, area rugs, etc. should not be on the grass. All sites will be clutter free. No vehicle maintenance allowed in the park.  No inoperable vehicles allowed in the park. Clean, safe sites are a priority.

• All RVs: are subject to inspection and approval by Management. We reserve the right to refuse service based on RV appearance or condition. Cargo (enclosed) trailers need to be approved by Management before they can be allowed to park on the property.

• CLEAN UP FEE:  Each site is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized appearance. No trash, cigarette butts, oil/grease, food, etc. Any violators will be charged a $100.00 fee.

• Security Cameras: We have security cameras throughout the campground for the safety and security of our guests and staff. 

• Alcohol: Alcohol is allowed in discrete containers at your campsite only. Anyone causing a disturbance will be ejected from the campground.

• Illicit Drugs: HOOK & LADDER RV Park has a no-tolerance policy. Anyone found to be or suspected of using illegal drugs will be ejected from the campground without notice or refund.

• Campfires: Campfires are allowed in approved fire pits only. Fire pits are not permitted on the grass. A damage fee of $100 per occurrence will be assessed and you may be ejected from the park without refund. 

• Pets: Indoor pets only. No outside pets allowed unless accompanied with the owner on a leash or in the dog park. The owner of the animal will take full responsibility for the animal. The owner must pick up after the pet. A clean park is a priority of HOOK & LADDER RV Park.

• Dumpster: Place all garbage in our designated dumpsters located at our entrance or any other garbage cans located throughout the park. Please break down all boxes, it helps with the overflow of garbage. NO BULK ITEMS PERMITTED!

• Due to the extreme risk of fire, FIREWORKS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

• Water, Sewer: Do not discard feminine products, plastic/vinyl gloves, bottles, food, or chemicals in our sinks, toilets or our sewer/septic system. Pressure regulators are recommended for your water connection. Repair all leaks on your unit immediately.
